Free Corrosion Inspection for your DB7!
As specialists in DB7 repairs, we are beginning to see increasing numbers of DB7s with corrosion issues. These include inner flitch panels, front and rear chassis legs, floor pans and bulkheads.
Having seen some poor previous corrosion repairs carried out to some of our customer's cars we subsequently gave our in-house design team the job of producing repair panels. These would replicate and fit straight into the panel section that had been removed due to the corrosion. These include full and half floor pan repair panels and rear chassis leg sections (including rear radius arm mounting).
Your DB7 could fail its annual MOT inspection on corrosion; this could result in your car being off the road whilst these repairs are carried out. If you do not have structural repairs carried our correctly, by an expert, you may compromise the safety of the vehicle.

Floor pan repaired with flat plate.
Poor welding and lack of corrosion. Protection to replacement rear radius mounting replacement.
Replacement floor pan panel.
Replacement rear chassis leg section. If this is not welded back into exactly the same place, the rear wheel geometry will be out of specification. This will have a detrimental effect on the vehicle's handling.
